Must have 3 years experience in management
Scheduling and coordinating drivers while maintaining superior customer service
Managers must be able to train and help employees grow with the company
Must have knowledge of the geographic area
Able to juggle several things at once
Must have good interpersonal skills
Track/verify daily paperwork from drivers for 100% completion
