JOB SUMMARY
KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is currently partnered with company located in Hudson, NH that is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This individual will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager. This position is on-site and the hiring manager is eager to add a new member to their team.

Responsibilities:
- Coding and entering of invoices and expense reports
- Vendor correspondence
- Preparation and entry of purchase orders
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues
- Prepare wire transfers, check runs, and ACH transactions
- Assist with monthly close and reconcile various accounts
This client is looking for someone with previous accounts payable experience, as well as experience with QuickBooks.
