Job description

We are seeking a full time experienced apartment maintenance technician with minimum 2 years prior experience.

Must have the following qualifications:

• Good Hard Working self starter and Customer service minded Team player able to work alone.
• Efficient in getting apartments move-in ready with attention to detail.
• Own vehicle with tools (Truck/Van preferred)
• Valid NYS drivers license and pass background check.
• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating, & basic appliance repairs.
• Assist other maintenance personnel with occasional projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Maintenance: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
