BARISTAS WANTED!!!

Bonney Lake, Maple Valley

Hiring for closers and weekends! closings Must be available both weekend days.

DUTIES

-Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages

-Greet customers as they drive up

-Give customers drink suggestion from menu and answer their questions regarding ingredients

-Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)

-Prepare beverages following recipes Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins Receive

-Process payments (cash and credit cards)

-Keep the stand clean

-Stock low items and inventory

-Report any maintenance needs

-Comply with health and safety regulations

-Communicate with manager about daily needs, scheduling, customer feedback, and menu recommendations

REQUIREMENTS

-Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress preferred

-Valid food handlers permit

-Valid drivers license

-Hands-on experience with espresso equipment

-Problem solving

-Knowledge of sanitation regulations

-Flexibility to work various shifts

-Basic math skills

-Self starter

-Ability to remember customers drinks

-Ability to gauge customers’ preferences

-Excellent communication skills

-High school diploma

-Relevant training preferred

COMPENSATION

-Hourly wage and tips!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.49 - $40.00 per hour
