Business Support Analyst – Leeds

We’re searching for a Business Analyst professional to work closely with colleagues, and key stakeholders to help develop best practice, work within current process to identify, collect, analyse, and manage business requirements. Can you help us to make it possible?

*Opportunity for hybrid working once training has successfully been completed

Start Date: 19th December

Pay Rate: £12.74 p/h

Shift Pattern: 35 hours per week (8 hours per day – 1 hour lunch) Days/Wk: 5 – Flexible 9-5.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Working to maintain an efficient Joiners, Movers, Leavers process

· Leaver/mover - KIT/Asset retrieval

· Assisting internal movers, updating systems, removing/updating system access

· Telephony and admin-based tasks

· Working effectively with colleagues and liaising with line manager

· Contribute to an environment where colleagues want to work and where customers feel valued

SKILLS:

· Strong attention to detail

· Good oral & written communication skills

· Proficient in Excel

· Decision-making skills

· Able to prioritise own workload and multi-task to meet objectives

· A positive attitude towards providing excellent service which exceeds expectations

· Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas

*There's no need for any previous financial services experience - we'll provide all the training required across a comprehensive 4-week training programme.
