We are recruiting a Call Centre Operative to join our Call Centre Team based at Truro Health Park.
Reporting to our Support Services Manager, this position will suit a candidate who has previous experience working in a call handling environment and is looking for a new exciting and rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring, where possible, that patients who meet set criteria receive an appointment or telephone triage call within 24 hours and are allocated appointments within a reasonable distance from their home/holiday address
- Ensuring all calls are dealt with speedily and effectively in a professional manner
- Dealing with queries from the general public regarding the availability and cost of dental services, ensuring the advice given is relevant and obtained from up-to-date sources. This includes providing those callers with the contact details for our own routine private dental care service
- Providing administrative office support to the Support Services Manager and other members of the Smile Together Management Team to ensure that a comprehensive service is provided
- Providing support to colleagues in all Smile Together dental clinics in relation to the dental patient appointment system
- Being an ambassador for the company’s vision, mission and values and demonstrating related behaviours
Our package includes:
- Salary £20,861 per annum (our standard full-time contract is 37.5 hours per week excluding breaks)
