We require our Care Assistants to deliver the highest possible standard of care by:
- Supporting residents to achieve optimal physical, social, emotional and spiritual well-being
- Promoting resident choice, comfort, dignity and independence
- Helping to manage all assessed risk in the least restrictive way possible
We can train you how to be a Care Assistant but you need to be naturally caring and compassionate with the desire and commitment to have a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
