The role
We are looking for a naturally caring individual who is dedicated to helping others in need to join our team of care superheroes at Byrnhill Grove in Ventnor.

As a Care Worker, you’ll have a hands-on approach to caring for our elderly residents. You’ll be flexible to respond to their individual needs, assisting them with intimate personal care when required and ensuring their environment is safe and secure, following health and safety requirements and carrying out care plans and risk assessments.

The location
Byrnhill Grove is a residential care home in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. The home cares for elderly people. It can be easily reached by public transport and is located centrally in Ventnor.
