Residential Assisted Living Facility - Caregivers needed for multiple shifts (Full-time Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm shift, 2pm-10pm shift, 10pm-6am shift) as well as Weekends 6am-2pm shift, 2pm-10pm shift, 10pm-6am shift.

About us:

Bouquet Homes is a residential assisted living company with a beautiful 11-bed community, The Primrose, in a tree-lined Round Rock neighborhood. Our community has recently been licensed, so we are growing from 3 residents to our maximum of 11. We maintain a ratio of 1 care partner to just 5 residents, so we are currently in need of hiring for all shifts. Our aim is to provide a family type atmosphere for both our residents and our employees and we are looking to hire compassionate individuals with a focus on teamwork and personal, individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the residents with Activities of Daily Living.
• Perform general housekeeping.
• Prepare and cook meals.
• Encourage residents to eat a proper diet and take adequate fluids.
• Initiates and participates in leisure activities provided for residents as described in the activity calendar.
• Maintains residents’ records daily.
• Assists residents with medication as defined in medication procedure.
• Follows proper procedures in emergency situations.
• Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.
• Assist with any of the residents Activities of Daily Living.

Skills

• Experience as a caregiver is preferred.
• Knowledge of emergency response and first aid
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Lifting is often required for the position
• *Employees will be required to pass a background check and drug test prior to starting.

License/Certification:

• CNA encouraged but not required
