Claims Handler

*Remote Working Opportunity!*

Based either in our head office in Tamworth, Hadleigh, or remotely depending on location.

Claims Settlement Agencies Limited are looking for Insurance Claim Handlers to join our fast growing team across various forms of insurance including travel, weddings, gadget, financial failure and personal accident.

Claims handling experience is essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle claims from inception to conclusion, whether this be settlement or repudiation
• Assist the customer with any queries, whether this be via telephone or written communication
• Able to identify potential fraud and recovery opportunities
• Ability to manage own workload and assist with others where/when needed
• Able to work to daily minimum targets

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience in claims handling (preferably travel – desired but not essential)
• Computer literate
• Familiar with Excel, Word
