All 3 positions for ALL shifts Qualify for Bonuses - Bonus will be paid out as follows - Full time $5000 - $1250 paid out at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of service; Part time $625 - paid out at 3, 6, 9 & 12 months of service.

The RN/LPN will supervise CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines. Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures. Passes Meds, does wound care and treatments, writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status, abilities and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as an RN or LPN.

One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred. New Grads welcome to apply.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care to the residents of the health and rehabilitation center, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Those duties include but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, serves and collects food trays, feeds residents, measures and records weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output as directed.

Qualifications:

Must have current Virginia Nurse Aide license in good standing or be within 100 days of completion of state approved CNA course.
