Role

Our Concord office is looking for a Production Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have an upbeat, team-oriented, get-it-done attitude. Exceptional attention to detail and being extremely organized are essential!

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of permit application & plan submissions, timelines, and recruitment goals to ensure deadlines are met consistently.
  • Communicate daily with managers to understand their recruiting needs, give updates on pending and completed interviews, and discuss the next steps.
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain project and candidate information on multiple platforms.
  • Review documents, submit applications, and receive permits for the cities and counties we have projects in.
  • Consistently follow through on daily work, assignments, and projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure any issues are quickly and efficiently addressed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar is required.
  • Experience working in the back office of a construction company is desired.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; including an ability to take information and direction from a variety of internal and external sources and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Previous experience working with city and county building departments helpful.
  • Previous experience working with subcontractors or working in other recruiting-related roles.
  • Proactive with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver written and verbal content to different audiences.
  • Experience with web-based products such as G-Suite and Microsoft Suite.
  • Advanced typing/data entry skills required
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
