Job role:
We are looking to hire a skilled Copywriter to craft valuable and educational content to engage our customers and wow our prospects whilst working with teams across the company.
Your work will help us to define our tone of voice, write industry-related blog posts, construct whitepapers, create thought leadership content for guest publications, sketch educational collateral, frame scripts for feature videos, produce feature announcements, build presentations to better explain features, etc.
There will be projects you will run on your own with complete creative freedom and others where you will collaborate with individuals in the Marketing Team, but your content will always need to align with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Marketing and Executive Teams to identify and specify our tone of voice.
- Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, white papers and blog posts, whilst collaborating with the Marketing Team to continuously test, measure and improve.
- Build and run an editorial calendar and co-ordinate with other content creators and SMEs to ensure standards.
- Ensure all content being distributed meets high editorial standards.
- Optimise all digital content for SEO
- Measure impact and perform analysis to improve critical metrics.
- Help with localisation of process and content to ensure consistency across regions.
- Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
- 5 years of working as a Content Marketer or in a similar position.
- Experience in the diamond, jewellery or luxury goods industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master's degree, a plus)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex technical or non-technical matters in a simple manner without using jargon.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
- Confirmed experience working with deadlines to deliver high quality output in a short amount of time.
