About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional product leader to help craft, drive, and execute the vision for the ‘Quote to Contract’ value stream for LNLP business units globally. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own a product or product features, leading on product domain strategy. Developing a commercially useful product strategy, you'll lead project execution based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding. We’re looking for individuals who are experienced with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools and processes and who are passionate about the Sales technology ecosystem, with a desire for continuous professional growth. We’re looking for leaders with hands-on CPQ experience, including the ability to deliver complex projects from requirements gathering, strategy, design, and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment; all while working alongside our LNLP Sales leaders and Global Technology organization.
Responsibilities
Ownership of the Quote to Contract value stream; migrate business units to strategic assets, enhance existing technologies and evaluate and stand-up new technologies that will enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
- Gathering, evaluating and understanding customer use cases
Develops and articulates a product vision and strategy for their product(s) within the Quote to Contract value stream.
- Creating processes, aligning and coaching the team to ensure customer needs are met
- Leading and mentoring team members, playing an active role in peer development and recruitment
- Leveraging and identifying metrics and data to track progress on customer needs and project budgets
- Developing clear go-to- -market launch plans through coordinated development with external customer facing teams
- Driving key end-to-end life-cycle components, from planning to release.
- Writing clear requirements for complex features or products and is responsive to requests for clarifications.
- Developing product vision and road-map plan aligned with business strategy and communicates across all critical stakeholders
- Writing or contributing product expertise to development and submission of business cases
- Supporting and participates in business strategic planning, contributing to sales and business development strategy.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree
- Have significant experience in product management, from collaborative conceptualization to post-release management
- Be able to demonstrate product development knowledge, including developing related business cases, content and product plans
- Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, able to think analytically
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Have experience in mentoring or training others, acting as a subject matter expert to guide colleagues
- Have the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.
- Be a natural problem solver, able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues
- Have a great working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and good general IT skills
