As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the voice of Affinity Water. With over 3.6 million customers using our water daily, you will serve as the first point of contact when our customers call with their questions and queries, so it is vital that you are able to represent the Company in a positive, friendly, and empathetic way.
With your previous experience dealing with customers, you will be acutely aware of the challenges that customers bring. With a positive mentality you will benefit from the rewarding feeling you receiving when you make one of our customer feel happy and understood.
You will be taking a high volume of inbound calls and acting as the first point of contact when our customers call with their questions and queries, so it is vital that you represent the company in a positive, friendly and empathetic way. No two calls will be the same, so it will be important that you adapt to the different needs to quickly resolve the situation in a professional way.
You don’t need to have worked in a call centre environment previously as full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals with great customer service skills as we are measured against the level of customer experience that we provide our customers. We are also looking for individuals who are comfortable with using a range of IT software as there will be a variety of systems used as a part of the day-to-day job. Full training on all software systems will be provided before you start.
The hours and salary package
In the role, you will be working 20- 25 hours per week on variable shift patterns, between 9:30am - 2:30pm and 4- 8pm Mondays to Fridays, plus 1 in 3 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday)
Position start date : January 2023
Please note that for the first 5 weeks, you will be doing compulsory training.
