Customer Care Coordinators required for two permanent roles in Durham. This is not a call centre but does require exceptional customer care skills.

The Role
Working in a team you will report to a brilliant Customer Care Manager. Dealing with customers via phone only, you will need to be skilled in empathy and able to listen and provide acceptable solutions to their problems.

Working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.

Experience
Applications are welcome from people with a good, solid customer care background.

Remuneration
£22,000 to £26,000 depending upon experience.
