Customer Service Administrator

£9.50ph, NN17 1QE, Full remote working, Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, training, equipment provided (collection of equipment is required in person from NN17 1QE)

Due to seasonal demand, our well establish retail brand client has exciting opportunities for a Customer Service Administrator to join their contact centre team:

Answering all incoming customer enquiries, via voice calls, emails and web-chat
Providing excellent customer service, in a friendly, professional, time effective manner
First point of call for delivery queries, raising and managing investigations with external couriers
Maintaining and updating internal database, compiling information for reports

We would expect the successful Customer Service Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of databases, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident telephone manner. You will be supported to become familiar with the company processes and procedures, by partaking in an initial one week group training programme. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within call centre advisor, contact centre administrator or a customer service advisor position.

Working directly for the Customer Service Team Leaders, and Customer Service Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
