The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to support the Operations and Commercial teams. In this role you will provide consistently high standards of customer care at all times. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries by telephone and by email from group and trade bookers and independent visitors.

You will report to the Head of Operations and provide administration support, responding to enquiries, processing bookings, invoices, reservations and sales through our admissions management systems. Your duties will include operating the Trust’s switchboard to route all telephone calls and emails received at reception as appropriate.

To be successful in the role you will have worked in an administrative role with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel, Google and booking systems. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to prioritise your workload and work on your own initiative, whilst delivering consistent high standards.
