Opening Hours and Hybrid Working

The start date for this role is the 21st November 2022.

Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 8.45am - 6.30pm, as a full-time Advisor you will be working 37 hours per week during these timeframes.

We pride ourselves on having a flexible culture and encourage our colleagues to have a healthy work / life balance. We're happy to offer home working, working from our Leeds office or a mix of both to suit your individual needs. To work from home you will need a private and quiet environment and good internet connection.

If successful, you'll join our interactive 4-week Customer Experience Training Academy which will be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams.

For this intake the induction period is 21st November to 16th December inclusive. To give you the best possible start we ask that you don't take holidays during this initial training period.

What does the role involve?

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring you provide outstanding customer experiences every time. You will handle inbound and outbound contacts, solving problems with empathy and treating our customers fairly and with total transparency.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Putting the customer first and getting things right first time
• Being a Novuna Brand Ambassador; making things easy, being the expert about our products and services and being there for our customers when they need us
• Identifying our customers who are in vulnerable situations and working out how we can best support them

What are we looking for?

We're looking for passionate people who can deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be a team player.

Also, we're looking for the following:

• The ability to listen, empathise and build rapport and understanding with customers
• Resilience and a calming nature, you'll take time to understand each customer's circumstances and take the right actions
• The ability to negotiate and handle complaints to deliver fair customer outcomes
• Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
