In our Everyday Banking team, we don't need you to have banking experience, we will provide you with all the training you need, we just want people who care about providing the best customer experience.
Building relationships is key in our world, so if you have experience speaking to people and being empathetic, you will fit in perfectly. Our world can be fast paced, so thinking quickly, critically, and being solutions orientated will serve you well.
