Job description
Home based Customer Service Advisor, no shift work, Monday - Friday 37hrs per week, permanent opportunities available after successful temporary period.
First 12 weeks: £10.28 per hour, thereafter your pay rate will increase to £11 per hour.
Full training will be given, equipment will be provided and internal progression opportunities will be available.
Your key focus is to place the customer at the heart of everything you do, you'll be an integral part of delivering a service to be proud of by offering existing customers an upgrade to SMART metering.
What will you be doing?
- Taking inbound and outbound calls relating to the installation of SMART meters
- Questioning customers current heating solution to identify which SMART meter option may be suitable to their needs
- Providing excellent customer service at all times, ensuring high attention to detail when discussing metering solutions
- Problem solving
- Updating a number of in-house systems
The successful candidate will be:
- IT savvy with the ability to pick new systems up quickly and confidently working across multiple platforms at the same time
- Highly experienced in providing excellent customer service
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Patient and come with a positive attitude when faced with problems
All equipment will be provided, you just need a quiet space to work, wifi and the ability to work autonomously.
