About Our Client
Page Personnel are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading national business who manufacture products within the consumer space. They are now looking to appoint a new Customer Service Manager to join them at their offices in Wakefield, and will support them with their long term growth objectives
Job Description
- Provide the Customer Service team with clear guidance and support throughout daily operations
- Provide the team with regular training, development & 1-2-1's
- Take ownership of any escalated customer issues, aiming to resolve in a timely manor
- Create and implement the CS strategy for the business, working with key internal stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved
- Review the Customer Journey across all touch-points, ensuring process and procedures are fit for purpose and provide a positive experience for customers
- Work closely with internal departments including sales, manufacturing and logistics to ensure a collaborative approach is taken to supporting customer
- Create MI reports and present to the senior management team to highlight CS performance
- Implement new process and procedures where required to both improve efficiency and the customer journey
- Work closely with manufacturing and logistics to ensure lead times and delivery dates are accurate
- Drive performance across the customer service function including enquiries, customer orders and aftercare
The Successful Applicant
- Customer Service Manager within an SME (manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or product led business)
- Proven record of driving performance across a team
- Excellent communicator
- Extensive stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret and analyse data
- Customer Focused
