About the Role:
If you are a strong communicator with great customer service skills, this could be a rewarding position for you – especially if you're interested in working from home!

As a remote Customer Service Messaging Agent at Morley, you’ll provide vehicle ownership support information to customers via SMS text, web-based messaging platforms and phone. No automotive experience is required. We provide over 30 days of paid training to ensure you're fully prepared and confident to step into this role!

Skills for Success:
  • Computer navigation, typing and telephone skills
  • Ability to:
    • Quickly understand the customer, confidently build rapport and engage in a professional manner
    • Speak and type concurrently with proficient literacy
    • Problem solve
    • Act as a consultant
    • Negotiate/mediate resolutions that meet objectives
    • Multitask, handling up to four customer interactions at any given time
    • Develop rapport with customers and work to retain customer loyalty for vehicle ownership and product use
Eligibility Requirements
  • One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Sunday
