We are seeking a strategic Customer Solutions Engineer to guide customer infosec teams in implementing operational security testing strategies within their environments. You have a wide breadth of experience in enterprise security and enjoy integrating and automating security technologies to improve and enhance customer security programs. You see the larger, technical picture of how security works and can bring the various tools and technologies together to do it. You will create customer value by guiding and supporting customers in operational security assessment implementation. You will create the practice by aggregating and consuming hands-on experience from customer interaction. You will drive product development byidentifying and decomposing customer requirements into systemic trends and push evolutionary changes to the AttackIQ platform.

This is a full-time, individual contributor, remote position anywhere in the contiguous United States. Required.

• 6+ years of direct experience in technical information security roles.
• Knowledge of system internals on Windows, Linux & OS X, particularly malware mechanics and adversarial behaviors.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SIEM platforms.
• Hands-on, technical experience in at least 2 of the following disciplines: Digital Forensics & Malware/Binary Analysis, Incident Response / Security Consulting, Offensive Security / Penetration Testing, Enterprise Security Engineering/Systems & Network Security Engineering, Detection Engineering, and/or SOC / Security Operations & Analysis.

Highly Desirable (Preferred), NOT Required.

• Hands-on experience working with Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) platforms.
• Enterprise detection engineering experience.
• Deep, technical knowledge of security control capabilities.
• Experience working with security frameworks (compliance, controls, risk & adversarial models), particularly MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience scripting and working with Application programming interfaces (APIs).
• Bachelor’s or other advanced degrees and/or certifications in Computer Science/Information Technology.
