What we’ll offer

In the role of Decision Support Manager – Banking we will provide the opportunity to add insight through taking a holistic view of the banking business. This will involve identifying emerging matters and articulating solutions in a financial and non-financial manner. There will also be responsibility for consolidating the banking performance and working with finance and colleagues throughout the business.

What you’ll bring

Collective and holistic thinking: Identification of themes and issues that are relevant across the banking business both internal and external.

Supporting decisions: clear articulation of through process and methodology on supporting or challenging decisions.

Performance management: capability to identify what is driving performance, insight on the cause and foresight on the future impact.

Forecasting: identifying pertinent dimensions and variables to project forward future business performance while identifying alternative scenarios and suggestions for assessment.

Financial Modelling: using modelling tools to execute your understanding of the business and what the financial impacts are.

Presentation skills: both written and verbal presentation skills of a high standard with an intent of clarity, linkage and influence.

Problem solving: ability to generate solutions solution to problems with innovative thought.

Collaboration: Ability to work together across the business to achieve shared success.

Relationship building: Skills in forging strong trust base relationships that allows smooth operation.

The Role

Key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Identify connecting themes across the banking business.
  • Presentation of overall performance and forecasts of banking business.
  • Handling investor relation queries.
  • Develop analysis and insight required to understand performance drivers, improve business performance, and highlight areas of concern.
