As a Dental Assistant/Rover, become a trusted resource to our patients, team members and doctors. Use your administrative and operational skills to help our practice grow. Demonstrate a patient first approach as you meet compliance standards, research and resolve problems, onboard new patients, and process and maintain patient records, implement technology changes and prepare correspondence in a fast paced, professional and collaborative environment.

What will you do? •

Build and maintain professional relationships with patients by assisting them and answering questions.. • Adhere to compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining appropriate chart documentation and communicate with patients about items needed. • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with Pacific Periodontics Code of Conduct.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have • Strong verbal and written communication • Excellent people, organizational, and patient service skills • Attention to detail coupled with the mindset of how you can make Hygienist & doctors more efficient and effective Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment

Need-to-have • X-Ray License • Dental Experience • Laboratory Experience

Nice to have:Oral Surgery/Perio Surgery Experience

Qualifications:
- Dental assisting, X-ray & CPR certifications are required; - - Experience with Dexis Digital X-Ray helpful; - Team player; - Strong Computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
