Duties and Responsibilities of the Dental Front Office Coordinator are to work closely with the doctor and team to assure that all the business aspects of the practice are functioning in an orderly and proficient manner. Our ideal candidate has comfort and experience presenting more complex dental treatment plans.

Qualifications Include:

• At least 4 years of experience in Dental as a Front Office
• Experience with scheduling in Eaglesoft software is preferred
• Insurance / PPO billing and financial policy arrangements
• Treatment Planning and coordination
• Advanced speaking and presentation abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
• Committed to HIGH quality patient care
