Seeking a Front Desk Team Player for a fast-paced Periodontist Office in Gilroy & Monterey

The candidate should have excellent communication and computer skills.

Job Duties Include:

-answering phones with outstanding customer service

-confirm & schedule patient appointments

-request referrals & x-rays from referring dentists

-positive and enthusiastic team-player that can multi-task

-accounts receivable

-enter insurance & patient payments

-monthly billing statements

-collections

-bank deposits

-insurance claims follow-up

-assist with office events

-order front office supplies

- 2 years dental experience

***MUST be vaccinated & boosted to apply
