About the Role
We are looking for a highly-creative Digital Content Producer to join our marketing team. As the Digital Content Producer, you will be in charge of all projects involving the creation of digital media. You’ll report to our Head of Marketing.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills. We are looking for someone who can work independently and with minimal supervision to create engaging and on-brand designs and videos that reflect premium and high-end quality.

Key Objectives
- Collaborating with the marketing team to identify and spec requirements, deliverables, and measurement metrics.
- Production of digital media content (designs and videos for online advertising, social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters) that increases click-through rates and engagement metrics.
- Setting up and ensuring that the workflow, feedback, documentation, and design standards are being upheld.
Main Responsibilities
- Determine and detail media requirements through day-to-day discussions with the marketing and growth teams.
- Conceptualise and present ideas and rough drafts. Draw from inspiration, experience, top brands, and latest styles and trends.
- Produce the media material using the appropriate brand collateral, colours and fonts. Use free and purchased stock media plus audio and video supplied by in-house and external content creators.
- Ensure all media content meets the team’s requirements and are on-brand, stunning, and premium.
- Use our project management and messaging systems for design approvals and feedback.
- Contribute regular reports to present metrics to evaluate the impact and performance of the media content.
Requirements
- Education in design, communications, public relations or relevant fields.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of software that is related to web design, video editing, and graphic design.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work well under pressure.
Desired
- Experience working for brands that build sound, audio or creative software.
- Experience in user testing through customer interviews, heat mapping, and behaviour analytics tools.
- HTML, CSS, and JS experience to hack into landing pages and newsletter templates.
- WordPress experience to build landing pages.
