CAD CAM Technician

Maverick Dental Laboratories, LLC is a privately held, Pittsburgh-based (Monroeville) dental manufacturing and distribution company working with a national client base. We manufacture patient-specific dental devices for dentists.

Job responsibilities include:

· Assist in the smooth processing of digital files. Including importing/exporting scans submitted by Dental Offices, 3D scanning, CAM milling, and 3D Printing

· Responsible for operating the 3D printers, running milling jobs, and maintaining files.

· Research, design, test and implement manufacturing processes for new products.

· Work with outside vendors to troubleshoot technical problems of current equipment and evaluate new equipment.

· Prepare product and process manufacturing protocols.

· Implement changes to enhance overall quality and predictability of final product

· Assist in production management to ensure manufacturing quotas are met

· Consult with clients regarding transfer of 3D STL file and various digital scanning devices

· Ability to rapidly learn and apply new measurement techniques and associated data acquisition software.

· Excellent organization and time management skills.

· Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions.

Requirements include:

· Two-year degree with relevant experience.

· Prefer 3 years of experience in manufacturing or related laboratory environment

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and in team environments.

· Strong computer–related skill set
