Shred Monk is a brewery and coffeehouse in downtown Bozeman, Montana. Our mission is to elevate the expectations of beer lovers in Bozeman and throughout the region.

Our Dishwashers play an integral part of the team by supporting our team and representing the Shred Monk brand. They are not only an expert in all of our food products but comply with all applicable health, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Multitasking and working quickly and efficiently to complete work.
• Helping the kitchen staff to prepare food during down time or in times when it is needed.
• Responsible for up to date knowledge of all processes and procedures of menu items.
• Serving as an expert on the Shred Monk company and products.
• Attending all training and meetings put on by management.
• Daily opening and closing procedures including organizing the dish room.
• Following all appropriate state and federal laws for preparation and service while maintaining a clean kitchen and restaurant.
• Ordering and Inventory management assistance when needed.
• Following all Standard Operating Procedures set forth by the company.
• Occasionally supporting events outside of the taproom (i.e. festivals and promotional events)

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, energetic, and reliable with excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety regulations
• Ability to lift heavy objects (25 - 50 lbs)
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for 8 hour shifts
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
