We are expanding our team at Octopus Energy Eco and we're looking for a ECO Compliance Officer to join us, so exciting!
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone currently working in Eco or the utility industry or even someone who is inspired and excited to embark in our industry.
We’re expanding our compliance team here at Octopus Energy ECO responsible for managing Octopus Energy’s ECO Obligation. We’re looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Team. An exciting opportunity for anyone in the industry looking to expand their knowledge in the workings of ECO in a Utility environment.
What you'll do
- Audit ECO submissions to in-house and Ofgem compliance
- Receipt measures, send compliance reports to installers and manage their returns
- Support new installers in understanding submissions processes
- Answer ECO compliance queries in shared Mailbox and Telephone Line
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with Installers
- Assist in notifying Ofgem of submission
- Answering exception requests from Ofgem
What you'll need
- Experience in auditing or building ECO submissions for at least one measure type
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to learn complicated compliance rules and communicate these
- Self-motivation to thrive working remotely
