EFDA, Expanded Function Dental Assistant
Job description
We are a busy, privately owned, pediatric dental office looking for an experienced EFDAs to add to our team. Are you friendly, motivated, and able to multitask? Our office is strictly for children, so we do need our employees so enjoy working with children. Your daily tasks would include, assisting the dentist, occasionally preforming coronal polishing, taking x-rays, placing sealants, placing composite fillings, setting up/tearing down rooms, and sterilizing instruments.
Must be state licensed with both an EFDA License and Radiation license.
Must be able to work fast, but put care into work.
Must enjoy working with children, understanding that some children are scared to come to the dentist.
Must be a team player.
Our office is opened Monday - Wednesday 9-4, we would like your hours to be 8:30-4:30 sometimes 5
