Retention at Bloom & Wild*
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to join our Retention team and work on our bloomon brand. You’ll be responsible for driving repeat orders through our Email and Push channels. You have a passion for understanding our customers and take a customer-first approach to creating our weekly campaigns. You’ll need to understand our customer base and how to build customer segments for each send within our CRM tool, Braze. But most importantly, you care about delivering world-class campaigns and are excited by the challenge of driving our most meaningful retention marketing channels!
The role and ways of working:
- You’ll be responsible for creating our emails, push notifications and in-app messages.
- You’ll coordinate with our Brand & Design team, Range team, Country managers to deliver considered, relevant and optimised campaigns.
- Responsible for discount and tracking code creation in our content management system.
- Responsible for Newsletter & CRM campaign builds including all A/B tests and campaign variants
- You’ll monitor A/B test results and report on campaign KPIs
- Responsible for segment builds for each campaign you’re building
- Manage our campaign creation process, updating regularly with most recent statuses so the team has excellent visibility on progress.
- Responsible for the end to end campaign creation for your markets, including historical retrospectives and analysis, contributing to campaign ideation, brief write ups, campaign testing, actioning feedback before seeking signoff, then scheduling and sending our beautiful campaigns to customers!
You:
- Experience in working with and coordinating a wide variety of stakeholders to tight timelines in a fast-moving business would be ideal.
- Super organised - able to simultaneously manage a number of concurrent projects / emails, delivering consistently to a high standard whilst remaining flexible for last minute changes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly logical in your approach to solving problems.
- Attention to detail - you sweat the details and take care in your work so that you deliver to a consistently excellent standard.
- Initiative - you take ownership to get things done and are willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
- Ideally at least 1 year of experience in email marketing.
- A keen interest in marketing, data and understanding our customers.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Based in the Netherlands or the UK.
Working Environment
We are a distributed team with two office locations in Amsterdam and London and multiple warehouse locations. Our team can choose to work from our offices as much or as little as they’d like. We don’t expect people to come in as a norm but if it makes sense to do so (team onsites, monthly meetings etc), then we’d encourage it.
