Reckitt at Hull is our Flagship site, producing some of the world's most well-loved brands such as: Dettol, Mucinex, Gaviscon, Lemsip, Fybogel, Nurofen for Children & E45. Joining at an exciting time in our history, you’ll be responsible for internal and external communications that drive change and embed new ways of working. In this brand new role, you will:

• Support the HLT in building and delivering the internal communications and cultural engagement plan for the Hull site.
• Drive the Reckitt Vision and create well-defined content.
• Deliver the story through diverse channels.
• Collect and analyse data, understand the impact of change and find new creative ways to reach your audience.
• Create and deliver communications that increase awareness, engagement and capability.

• Have the ability to use digital and traditional channels to connect, and have previous experience creating campaigns.

• Have excellent attention to detail, are highly analytical and use data to create insights
• Are empathetic, team-focused and thrive in a dynamic, time-pressured role.
