A bit about the role...
This role is pivotal in ensuring that maximum value is gained from our range of listening activities including our regular employee engagement surveys and translated into tangible insights to inform positive change & transformation across our organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Collating and interpreting data from our engagement surveys to create clear and coherent insights on why people join the business, what engages them, how they are experiencing life in the business, and why they stay or leave.
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with our measurement supplier (Glint) ensuring we tap into the added value they can bring
- Working with L&D to create practical solutions that empower our people managers to improve engagement in their teams
- Facilitating listening sessions to champion the voice of our people
To succeed at Costa, it is important that you embrace our values and enjoy working with diverse and committed colleagues. In addition, we would hope to see some of the below:
- Experience of project managing and implementing highly successful employee engagement and/or experience initiatives
- Someone who is data savvy - able to consolidate, analyse and present back on data
- Excellent project management experience and skills, including planning, stakeholder management, task management, communications etc.
- A relationship builder who creates partnerships based on trust and collaboration.
- Comfortable operating at pace
- Ability to develop and present coherent ideas with confidence and gravitas, creating engagement.
- Experience working in a global capacity
