**IMMEDIATE NEED FOR AN EXPERIENCED APARTMENT LEASING MANAGER AT THE REDLAND IN SAN ANTONIO, TX**

**250+ units are on the property

**Hourly rate is based on experience**

Essential Duties:

• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent; Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers
• Assist in managerial duties when needed
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Prepare reports and paperwork
• Lease property

Required Skills and Experience:

• Two or more years of experience as an Leasing Manager in the apartment industry is REQUIRED
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and time management skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional attitude, appearance and work ethic
• Must have flexible schedule availability as weekends are REQUIRED for this position
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
