Fields Person | Lincoln | £21,000 - £23,000

We are looking for a Fields Person to join our Variety Development team in Lincoln.

Reporting directly to the Variety Development Manger, the successful Fields Person will be responsible for ensuring all trials and varieties grown are to the protocols set out, whilst ensuring all varieties are processed through the assessments required.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in field trials
• Sound working knowledge of potato growing and production
• Good planning, co-ordinator, and organisational skills
• Proficient IT skills (laptop, phone, tablets)
• Strong interpersonal skills – external (growers, breeders) and internally
• Competent and confident driving skills
• B + E (trailer) driving test pass
