Millennium Print Group (MPG), a Subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International (TPCi), is located in Greensboro, NC. The city of Greensboro lies among the rolling hills of North Carolina's Piedmont Triad (Greensboro/High Point/Winston-Salem), midway between the state's Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains to the west and the Atlantic beaches and Outer Banks to the east.

Over the years, MPG has assembled a dedicated and highly talented staff of print professionals and has built a world-class manufacturing plant that is customer focused, market-competitive, and quality driven. Our unique ability offers a variety of printing and finishing services specializing in trading collectible cards and packaging (folding carton) products.

Since 2020, our Greensboro location has tripled in size to approximately a $75 million manufacturing production plant with a projection of continued organic growth through a strategic approach.

MPG has expanded its production capacity along with adding new equipment. At the present time, MPG is seeking to hire experienced Offset Sheet Fed Operators to join our growing and profitable company looking to advance their careers. Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up and running high-quality products using Bobst series folder gluing equipment to achieve machine make readys, run speeds, productivity efficiencies, and more importantly, customer requirements and quality standards
• Runs jobs that include straight line cartons, autobottom cartons, window and other styles as assigned
• Monitors the product for quality while minimizing waste and rework
• Accurately records time and materials for each job and is accountable for equipment maintenance
• Diagnoses problems, makes adjustments, troubleshoots and provides the required maintenance to equipment in a timely manner
• Must be able to push, pull, lift or carry up to as much as 60 pounds occasionally
• Works with other members of the team to complete orders in an accurate and efficient manner that supports operational excellence
• Observes established safe working and housekeeping procedures and follows all standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit

Position Qualifications:

• Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent
• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of folder gluing experience
• Working Knowledge in operating the Bobst series equipment is highly desirable
• Possesses mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with MIS software such as Monarch is desired
