Receptionist Advertisement
Four Forty One Animal Hospital is located in Boca Raton, FL, and is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic professional to join their team as a full time receptionist. The position will provide work averaging 35-40 hours a week.
We are an exclusively small animal practice that specializes in providing compassionate and convenient care for our patients. We recognize the importance of the relationships between humans and animals. We provide many services such as wellness examinations, immunizations, surgery, radiology, an in-house laboratory, boarding, and emergency services.
Receptionists perform record keeping duties, clerical duties related to patient care and treatment, and provide miscellaneous support to the Manager and health care team. These service functions include, but are not limited to, reception (visitor and telephone), maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing and mail service.
Previous Veterinary Receptionist experience is preferred. The ideal candidate must have great work-ethic, possess strong customer service skills and be team focused.
