What you will be doing:

• Greeting customers and upholding the highest standard of customer service
• Managing scheduling system for all providers including Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Nutrition, and Fitness
• Collecting patient and client payments as necessary
• Responding to new-patient inquiries and referrals, including Motor Vehicle Accident and Labor and Industries clients
• Creating, updating, and maintaining detailed client accounts with demographic and insurance information
• Answering phones and faxes
• Other duties as assigned

Experience Momentum is looking for either a full-time front desk staff for our wellness center in Mill Creek, WA.
