We are looking for a friendly, responsible individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist in a growing market. The ideal candidate for this job will possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills, an ability to multitask, answer multi-line phone system, and knowledgable of the company's service. A successful candidate will also be detail-oriented and organized as well as comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and be courteous to clients as they enter the retail area .
• Provide equipment and services to assist clients in a timely manner.
• Verify insurance, check eligibility, and accept copays.
• Filing, data entry, and working with electronic medical records.
• Works well with a team based approach to care and services.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, multi-line phone, voice mail systems and personal computers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical office: 1 year (Preferred)
• clerical or administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
