The Lash Lounge is Hiring! The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions and Lash Lifts with over 100 locations in the United States. We have P.A.S.S.I.O.N! Responsibilities include greeting customers upon their arrival, answering clients’ questions about services via phone, email or in person and processing transactions. To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace, even during peak demand. Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with customers. *Responsibilities

• Daytime 8:30-2:30pm schedule Tuesday- Friday/ Saturdays
• Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned lash tech of their arrival
• Contact leads/sell memberships/book and confirm appointments via phone and email
• Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
• Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
• Answer walk-in’s questions about services that are offered and possibly schedule appointments based on availability
• Inform clients about new services and discounts/promos
• Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
• Manage our calls /follow up on Chat and online leads
• Perform Salon opening procedures
• Maintain a tidy/clean reception area/ backroom
• Assist with the maintaining and ordering of Inventory

Skills

• Proven work experience with Computer applciations, Phone interaction, client interaction
• Working Knowledge of Mind Body (MBO) software a huge plus
• Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
• Familiarity with processing transactions
• Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and email) with a customer service attitude
• Solid organization and record-keeping skills
• An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances

High School diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.34 - $17.66 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Metuchen, NJ 08840: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
