Excellent career opportunities are now available for highly motivated FX Internal Corporate Sales associates who have the passion, ambition, drive, energy and commitment to succeed.
- To meet and exceed appointment and revenue targets as set by your Sales Director and Line Manager;
- To identify prospective clients on the phone and make appointments for the Corporate Sales Team;
- To use data provided by the company and researched by yourself to contact and build remote relationships by the use of, but not limited to, calls, e-mail and mail;
- To maintain high enough levels of calling activity levels to meet the requirements of the KPI's and to ensure an adequate pipeline going forward;
- To maintain high standards of work in completing tasks and data input on the CRM system ;
- To achieve a satisfactory level of conversion of appointment quality to trading clients to revenue;
- To support the Corporate Sales Team and Dealing Team when requested in the care of trading clients - contacting clients about certain exchange rates; providing bank details; implementing changes to their accounts;
- To maximise client retention and work with the long term interests of the client and the Company at all times;
- To assist beyond personal KPI's in the wider revenue goals of the company by working as a Team Player within the larger remits of the Corporate Sales Team and the Company overall;
- To innovate within your role to help the Company find more ways to make the Internal Corporate Sales Team more productive and efficient.
Essential Experience/Skills Required:
- Proven business to business telesales track record;
- Negotiating skills;
- Good telephone skills;
- A good standard of numeracy;
- A good standard of "Business Awareness";
- Good PC skills in order to operate MI, CRM system and basic computer functions;
- Good marketing/remote relationship-building skills.
