We are a growing general dental practice that is looking for a motivated general dentist to provide high quality care for patients at our four office locations in and around Philadelphia. We offer training for new graduates in an environment of strong mentorship, in order to ensure that you are growing both professionally and clinically. We also offer the option of a 4- or 5-day schedule, which provides flexibility for our doctors.

The general dentist’s responsibilities include all aspects of dentistry. This includes developing suitable treatment plans for patients, keeping an accurate record of all treatment, and answering patients’ questions. You should be able to oversee the work of clinical and administrative staff. Ultimately, an exceptional general dentist should demonstrate excellent chairside manner and ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

General Dentist Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
• Pennsylvania state license to practice dentistry.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great soft skills and chairside manner.
