What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, a seasoned veteran who still wants to be a rock star! You will be pushed to be your best self, to work hard, and to be committed to the success of the business.

2+ years salary restaurant management experience.

Requirements to embody our core Management values:

- Passion for high service standards

- Ability to provide an exceptional guest experience

- Proven track record of increasing sales

- Proven track record in controlling labor and food/alcohol costs

- High expectations in cleanliness and food quality

- The ability to extract constructive criticism for improvement from guest reviews

- Extensive bar knowledge, and especially a love for beer!
