Graphics Designer & Social Media Specialist
Acclaro corporation is looking for a highly motivated graphics designer/social media specialist to help develop and elevate our brand through digital/print collaterals, branding and social media.
This job will start as a contractor and may potentially move into a full-time role in 3-6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall design and develop visual concepts to captivate , inform and inspire our clients ( medical aesthetic professionals) and their patients.
- Design marketing and sales collaterals in both digital and print forms, including brochures, banners, email marketing graphics etc and prepare the final product for delivery to market
- Design and publish social media content and graphics
- Collaborate with marketing manager on creating content to ensure all posts are live at the correct times and grow all social channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Tiktok etc.
- Conduct video shoots at trade shows , events or client sites, edit video content and publish it on YouTube, social channels, website, and other platforms
- Manage and organize digital assets; publish and maintain our digital assets on our website and other internal platforms
- Utilize internal, and external resources with time management skills to independently lead projects and achieve individual project milestones.
- Identify new and emerging industry trends, research and implement new techniques in graphics design and social media to continue to elevate our brand and generate demands/leads
- Foster strong relationships, as you collaborate and connect with cross functional team members to achieve successful results and align your tasks with current overarching brand objectives. This includes attending various meetings where you will be encouraged to contribute, ask questions, and share useful information.
- Partner with other team members to gain information and context for projects and provide support to others.
- Work to understand our products and customer behaviors to ensure a consistent brand experience for clients
Qualifications
- B.A. in Graphic Design or Fine Arts; or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ graphics design experience; 2+ years social media content creation experience
- A portfolio highlighting mastery in graphic design across multiple mediums
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, etc)
- Proficiency in photo/video editing
- Experience in the medical aesthetic industry a plus
- Experience with WordPress a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Advanced computer design skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to complete work accurately in a fast-paced environment while retaining focus and reliability
- High level of creativity, passion, and integrity. Extensive knowledge of fundamental design principles and the ability to evaluate your design choices critically
- Ability to use a sense of creativity, foresight, and good design judgment in developing and applying marketplace trends (e.g., consider competitive graphics, styles, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills
- Display organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize tasks for multiple projects
- Ability to travel 20% of the time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
