Looking for a full time head chef with proven experience. To bring new/unique menu items to not be “just another lake bar”. Must be able to run the kitchen efficiently while presenting quality food to the company’s standards. Individual must be self-motivating and use to working in a fast paced environment. Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Duties and responsibilities
- Create a menu based on current trends and come up with new recipes
- Perform food preparation from beginning to end
- Set a standard for high quality food and presentation
- Ensure food is prepared consistently and efficiently
- Train and manage all kitchen staff
- Spot any problems in the kitchen related to employees, equipment, and supplies. Resolve efficiently and effectively
- Ensure productivity of kitchen staff is to standard based on their position
- Maintain good personal hygiene and encourage all staff to do the same
- Maintain health codes and safety
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Maintain good working relationships with vendors
