We are looking for Care Assistants that can be flexible and work different shifts to cover staff holidays, sickness etc.

We can offer a variety of different shift patterns, with the service operating between the hours of 7am and 10pm, x7 days per week. An additional 5% enhancement is paid on top of the advertised salary for working evenings and weekends.

(Pay rates include holiday pay)

For this position prior experience is preferred but not essential as training can be given to the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assisting with personal care.
• Supporting with eating and drinking.
• Administering medication.
• End of life care.
• Emotional support.
• Encouraging social interaction.
• Basic housekeeping such as cooking or cleaning.

Ideal Candidate must be kind, patient and caring. Must be empathetic. Must be able to commit to undertake mandatory training and learn new skills. Must have a can-do attitude and be an excellent team player. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in Dementia or elderly care preferred but not essential. Drivers are desirable but not necessary.
