HCAs join Ellern Mede Group on a Salary of £22,500 per annum ( full-time)

Ellern Mede is a specialist service for children and young adults with eating disorders. We have two hospitals in the London borough of Barnet and one in Rotherham.

We are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to join our team at our North London sites in Barnet and Mill Hill.

Main duties of the job

You will need:

• A commitment to delivering high quality care.
• Excellent decision making, communication and organisational skills
• Qualities including dedication, focus and compassion.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferable but not essential
• Specific experience of eating disorders or work with children would be an advantage, however full training, a comprehensive induction, and on the job supervision is given

We Offer the following HCA salary framework

HCAs join Ellern Mede Group on a Salary of £22,500 per annum (based on full-time)

HCA Performance Related Bonus Scheme

Subject to satisfactory appraisal at 12 months, all new HCAs joining Ellern Mede Group will be eligible to receive a one-off, discretionary Performance Related Bonus of up to £1,000. This will be paid on the 13-month anniversary of the employees start date.
